1. General provisions 1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the services offered by the online store S&D Ltd. and the rights and obligations of the Customer. 1.2. The store is operated by S&D Ltd., with its registered office at Al. Jerozolimskie 214/--, 02-486 Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland, and has the tax identification number (NIP) 1231325843. The store operates in accordance with the applicable Polish law. 1.3. By using the services of the Store, the Customer accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Orders and fulfillment 2.1. The Customer may place orders in the Store using the order form available on the website. 2.2. The Store reserves the right to refuse orders due to unavailability of the goods or other justified reasons. In such cases, the Customer will be notified of the order cancellation. 2.3. After placing an order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation along with a summary and payment information. 2.4. The order will be fulfilled after the Customer's payment is confirmed. 2.5. The Store makes every effort to ensure timely order fulfillment. In case of any delays, the Customer will be informed of the new fulfillment date.

3. Prices and payments 3.1. All prices listed in the Store are expressed in Polish złoty (PLN) and include the applicable VAT. 3.2. The Store reserves the right to change the prices of goods at any time, but such changes will not affect already placed orders. 3.3. The Customer can make payment for the order using the available payment methods in the Store, such as credit card, bank transfer, or electronic payment systems. 3.4. In the event of delayed payment, the Store reserves the right to cancel the order.

4. Delivery 4.1. The Store endeavors to deliver orders as quickly as possible. 4.2. The delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method and the delivery address.
