Returns and Complaints - Wholesale Sales Policy in accordance with Polish law
Thank you for your interest in our wholesale store and your willingness to cooperate. In order to protect your rights as a customer and comply with the applicable Polish law, we have prepared information regarding returns and complaints.
Customers have the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, without stating a reason.
To make a return, please contact our customer service department for instructions and a return form.
The goods must be returned undamaged, complete, in their original packaging, and without any signs of use.
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
Customers have the right to file a complaint in the case of defective goods, non-compliance with the order, or other irregularities.
Complaints should be reported within 30 days from the date of receiving the goods, either in writing or by using the complaint form available on our website.
Please provide a detailed description of the problem, proof of purchase, and any relevant photos or evidence of the defect.
We will verify the product upon receiving the complaint and offer repair, replacement, or refund based on the customer's preference.
The complaint will be processed within 14 days from the date of submission.
Please retain the original tags, labels, and packaging of the products until the complaint or return process is completed.
Complaints and returns will not be accepted if the product has been damaged by the customer, used improperly, or not stored or maintained according to the provided instructions.
Our complaint handling follows the applicable provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant Polish laws.
